Here is an example of how to specify a "bounding box" (here, the red rectangle) to indicate the geographical coordinates surrounding the area where your hikes took place.

If you know this information, provide the coordinates (even if approximate) -- in latitude and longitude degrees -- of the southwest (SW) and northeast (NE) corners of the box. These are marked by the points 1 and 3 in the diagram.
